At LUFI-D, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. Please read our Exchange & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

LUFI-D operates a strict no-refund policy for change-of-mind purchases.

We do not offer cash refunds, EFT refunds or refunds to the original payment method simply because a customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong size or no longer wants an item. We do, however, offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, provided that:

• The item is unworn, unwashed and unused.

• All original tags are still attached.

• The item is in its original condition.

• Proof of purchase or a valid order number is provided.

All exchanges are subject to inspection and stock availability.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp on 084 303 2990 within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, the item you wish to exchange and the reason for your request.

Our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you.

These matters will be handled in accordance with the applicable provisions of the South African Consumer Protection Act.
